Scratch boards!  After a slow start, I eventually landed myself a theme:  Ancient tablets!  I decided on making my canvas look similar to a museum display case.  The text is read starting from the left board, from left to right.  All the text is facing outward.

The boards themselves are based on The Legend of Zelda:  The Wind Waker.  The colors of the boards correspond to the three Goddesses of Hyrulian Lore:  Din, Farore, and Nayru, with Brown (think petrified wood) for Farore, Red (fire) for Din, and Blue (water) for Nayru.  In the Wind Waker, after completing Dragon Roost Caverns, Forbidden Woods, and finding Jabun,  Link earns three Pearls that represent the three goddesses.  On the Item Screen, they are placed differently, with Din being in the lower left, Farore being in the lower right, and Nayru being up top.  I originally wanted to place my scratch boards similarly, but did not realize my mistake until after the glue had dried.

Also, fans of Zelda may notice that the script on the boards is not Wind Waker's script.  When I first started out on these boards, the first board I started on was the center one, and I used Skyward Sword's script for that.  So I decided, to be consistent, to use Skyward Sword's script throughout.
